Activities in the field of subsidy consultancy are carried out by a team led by Lucie Mužíková. ILA offers elaboration of project applications for funding in the following range:

• Assessment of the possibility of financing a project from one of the grant programmes funded by ESIF or EU grant programs.
• Processing of the project application in the selected operational programme.
• Review of the project proposal prepared by the client.
• Modifying project proposal based on the requirements of the managing authority.
• Consultancy support to the preparation of documents necessary for signing a legal act with the Managing Authority.
• Project partnership, project management and reporting when the grant is awarded.
