In this large project a plan for revitalization of the old factory in the center of town Svitavy and turning it into polyfunctional cultural center was developed and application for this funding from ERDF was worked out. ILA participated as the main author of the funding application. The project won the funding of over EUR 4 millions was realized by the Svitavy municipality between 2005 and 2008.
