The project is realized by European consortium consisting of 15 members from 7 EU countries led by Regione Emiglia Romagna. It elaborates the Feasibility study and prepares creation and start-up of the European Knowledge Transfer Society – intended pan-european body for accreditation of training providers in KTT field and certification of their graduates.
